Probably the best fish & chips we've ever had! Thick pieces of cod, perfectly breaded & fried.... And the fries were salty & delicious! The staff was awesome, super friendly & happy to give suggestions. 10/10!
Small but mighty. I ordered the barramundi fish and chips, it was larger than I expected but good. Service is mostly self service, order at the counter, grab your silverware, drink from the fridge, buss your own dishes. Seating is inside and small patio outside. Decor is fresh and vibrant.
So authentically Australian! It has been so hard to find amazing and authentic aussie food here but this place has made it happen. It's such a traditional aussie fish and chip place (especially with its potato cakes and pineapple fritters). They manage the cosy restaurant with great professionalism and attention to detail. They stayed true to aussie fish and chip eateries. The battered shrimp was crisp to perfection but maintained its juiciness on the inside. The potato cakes brought back so much nostalgia of my life back in Australia. And the pineapple fritters were the bomb. It was crunchy but bursting with fruity flavor without being overly sweet. It was the exact dessert to end the delectable meal. I absolutely enjoyed my time there. It felt welcoming and homely. I highly recommend that restaurant! Definitely give it a go!
We had battered cod with salad. The fish was white and firm, the batter was crispy, and the salad ingredients were way better than the ordinary salad some places serve. The food was delicious. Our server was friendly and checked in with us to see how we were enjoying our meal. We will definitely be returning.
Had a great experience here! The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a nice atmosphere. The burger was juicy and delicious, cooked just right. The hand-cut fresh potato fries were great—crispy with the perfect amount of seasoning. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Also the entire menu is halaal!

Salty Blue was a great stop for a late lunch, the fish tacos were very good, light yet filling, and tasty sweet potato fries. The fish and chips were impressive with the large single piece of fish with great tartar sauce. Nice layout, friendly staff, and chill atmosphere. Too bad there's not one in Kirkland.
Wonderful experience yet again at the Salty Blue. The staff took care of us with full attention to our needs, and the food is truly the best place for fish n chips we have tasted.
